Spatial Planning
If you don’t get the layout right first, you could waste money on new furniture. The functionality of your space can be improved by experienced eyes. Your project would need to be priced depending on the brief, however: 2d plan with one layout for a chosen space.

If you would like 2 options and a 3d concept image This includes the size of the furniture you need to purchase to make your space work and the size of other items we would recommend in the space. *open plan areas to be priced separately.

Colour Palette
You might be surprised to know that this should come AFTER your spatial planning is resolved. We recommend you have an overall concept of colours and textures, which we can provide for you. Each decision you make affects the next one, and we can give you the most effective order to follow. Document with concept colour palette & recommended order to select and purchase items:

Furniture Selection & Purchasing
We can recommend places to shop, and can often pass on trade discounts meaning you recoup the cost of our fees. We can even meet you in the shop once your decision is narrowed down. For example: help with selecting fabrics or with choosing between two sofas. Minimum one hour charge.
Renovating
Where to start? We are able to look at your home and help you with how to improve your layout and where to spend the money, and where to save. Once the design is agreed, there are so many decisions to make. Flooring, lighting, kitchen & bathroom finishes, window treatments and fabrics. We can help make these decisions easier and either provide you with the recommended samples, or help you narrow down your selection.
Collaborating with the Professionals
The Kitchen Design & Build suppliers we use, work closely with us on the recommended layout and produce the plans and 3d images for you to visualise the design in your space. Once the layout and overall design is decided we can help you select the finishes, right down to the tapware and handles. The Bathroom Design & Build company we collaborate with are very efficient and have years of experience. We have worked together on many successful projects, resulting in delighted clients. We also have suppliers of flooring, window treatments, fabrics, rugs and New Zealand made furniture designers.
