Get the layout right, before purchasing anything.
Floor plans with furniture dimensions, orientation and a three-dimensional image can be provided and simplify your choices.

It doesn’t have to be complicated!

If you are renovating, we can review your floor plans and assist with any adjustments recommended to enhance the final design. We can also help you by getting a head start on furniture purchasing, as there are often long lead times.

Starting with your ideas and wishes, this evolves during the project. We refine and balance the interior design by making adjustments as we go, whilst referring to the original ideas along the way.

We can recommend places to shop or help you with custom furniture, using our trusted suppliers. Trade discounts often apply, creating savings.

In-store assistance is offered too, for example: choosing the right fabric for your selected sofa.

We lead the design by giving advice on layout of a new kitchen or bathroom. We may suggest moving a wall or changing the orientation as an option. Using our trusted supplier’s you can price both and decide what is of most value to you.

Aesthetics are our strength! Again, we simplify the decisions by working with you and the supplier to refine the layout and select all the finishes.

This includes the size of the furniture you need to purchase to make your space work and the size of other items we would recommend in the space.

You might be surprised to know that this should come AFTER your spatial planning is resolved. We recommend you have an overall concept of colours and textures, which we can provide for you.
Each decision you make affects the next one, and we can give you the most effective order to follow.

We can recommend places to shop, and can often pass on trade discounts meaning you recoup the cost of our fees.
We can even meet you in the shop once your decision is narrowed down. For example: help with selecting fabrics or with choosing between two sofas.

Where to start? We are able to look at your home and help you with how to improve your layout and where to spend the money, and where to save.
Once the design is agreed, there are so many decisions to make. Flooring, lighting, kitchen & bathroom finishes, window treatments and fabrics.
We can help make these decisions easier and either provide you with the recommended samples, or help you narrow down your selection.

The Kitchen Design & Build suppliers we use, work closely with us on the recommended layout and produce the plans and 3d images for you to visualise the design in your space.
Once the layout and overall design is decided we can help you select the finishes, right down to the tapware and handles.
The Bathroom Design & Build company we collaborate with are very efficient and have years of experience. We have worked together on many successful projects, resulting in delighted clients.
We also have suppliers of flooring, window treatments, fabrics, rugs and New Zealand made furniture designers.
